The short version

Coin Club is a family habit tracker made by a family. We collect one email address — a parent's — and the habits, coins and prizes your family chooses to track. Nothing else. No ads, no trackers, no selling data, ever.

What we collect

That's the whole list. We never ask for a child's email, date of birth, photo, or anything else about them. Child profiles can't log in and have no identity outside your family's account.

Children

Coin Club is designed so that children never register. The only account belongs to a parent or guardian. A child profile is just a name and an emoji inside that parent's account — it is not a user account, and we hold no personal information about the child beyond what the parent typed in.

Where your data lives

Your family's data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and a copy is kept on your own device so the app works offline. Access is locked per family: your account can only ever read or write your own family's data.

What we don't do

Cookies & storage

We use your browser's local storage for exactly two things: keeping you signed in, and keeping a copy of your family's coins so the app works offline. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Deleting your data

Inside the app, open ⚙ Settings → Delete my family and all data. It permanently removes every child profile, coin, sticker and setting from our database and from your device. If you also want the parent email removed from the sign-in system, reply to any of your magic-link emails and we'll wipe it.

Questions

Coin Club is run by one family, not a company. If anything here is unclear, or you want your data explained or deleted, reply to any Coin Club sign-in email and a real parent will answer.
